To celebrate the 15th anniversary of planetarian and the successful 40 million yen achievement of the planetarian ~Snow Globe~ OVA crowdfunding goal, Key has published all episodes of planetarian anime on YouTube. It is now free to watch until January 24, 2020, at noon, Japan time.
However, this is only available in Japan. Otherwise, you would have to use a VPN or a proxy server to access the content.
